Testing
Manconix provides functional testing services of subassemblies, as well as programming and testing of the final unit.
Shipping service options include:
- component product bar coding
- final packing with literature
- and/or drop shipment to the final destination.
We can design and build high-quality, functional test fixtures, or integrate customer-supplied fixtures and testing programs. Working directly with our customer’s representatives, we can assist in determining what level of function testing is economically appropriate for the particular application.
By taking advantage of these in-house services, Manconix customers can reduce training and workload-related demands associated with their testing and quality control objectives. Many of our customers have worked with us to design and build their products in such a way that both manufacturability and testability requirements are met with the benefit of moderate cost savings.
